Why have I been charged a fee for a card payment?

Card payment fees may occur due to:
        •        Currency conversion during international transactions
        •        Merchant surcharges based on their category or terms

Spendbase and our issuer, Moorwand, do not charge fees directly. If you’re unsure about a fee, we recommend checking with the merchant or contacting our support team.
