What if my card has been compromised?

While virtual cards are protected with advanced encryption technology, there’s always a small risk of unauthorized access. If you suspect that your card has been compromised, report it to us immediately. Our team will take swift action to secure your account and issue a replacement virtual card if necessary.

In the meantime, you can quickly lock or terminate the affected card — or any team member’s card (if you’re an admin) — directly from the Cards dashboard on the web platform. Just open the card’s details and select the Lock option.
You can also do this in the mobile app by going to the Cards tab and selecting the card you want to lock.
