What if I lose access to my authenticator app?

 If you lose access to your authenticator app, you can reset two-factor authentication (2FA) from the general platform settings.

Go to Settings → Security and reset 2FA, then set it up again using a new authenticator app.
If 2FA isn’t set up after the reset, you’ll be prompted to enable it the next time you access the Money tab.
