Renewal Reminders are automated email notifications that help you stay on top of upcoming subscription renewals, so you can avoid service interruptions and manage your budget with ease.

How It Works

The Application Owner (assigned on the Applications page) receives renewal notifications only for the apps they own.

Admins can enable or disable these reminders:
Team Settings → Notifications → Emails → Renewals -> Set reminder interval & Turn on the toggle

Once enabled, Renewal Reminder emails are automatically sent to the assigned Application Owner before each renewal date.
Important: Every user which want to receive a notification needs to turn on the notification in settings
