Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration

Overview

Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with your platform to sync key data, including:

  • Users list
    • First and Last name
    • Email
    • Transactions (matched with the applications list)

NOTE: This is the read-only integration. Please make sure you are using an Admin account on your MS Dynamics 365. Otherwise, we won’t be able to fetch the data.

Connection Steps

  1. Navigate to the Integrations page
  2. Click 'Connect' on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 widget
  3. Select workspace account (Admin account!)
  4. Accept the access level provided

Connect and Test

  • After configuring the settings and scopes, Spendbase starts pulling the data 
    • The status of the widget changes to Getting data
    • It may take some time (from a couple of seconds up to 30 minutes)
  • As soon as the sync is done user will be notified:
    • In-app notification with a successful status 
    • status at widget changes to Active 
    • Updated data in the Application and Employee pages will be shown

Disconnect:

  1. Users can disconnect the MS at any time
  2. Click on the status on the widget (Active, Actions required)
  3. Click Disconnect
