# How to invite your teammates?
## Spendbase is a collaborative platform, and inviting your teammates is the first step toward full visibility and shared control over your SaaS spend.
#### Invite teammates (no integration required)
You can invite users who:
- Are not part of your company domain
- Are external vendors, contractors, or consultants
- Or when you haven’t integrated your workspace
To invite them:
1. Go to the Team tab
2. Click Invite User
3. Enter their name, email, and assign a role
4. Click Send Invite
#### Invite teammates using Google
If you’ve already made an integration of your workspace with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Spendbase automatically detects company employees.
To invite users from this list:
- Go to the Team tab
- Click Invite via Workspace
- Select users from the detected list
- Assign each of them a role (see role types below)
- Click Send Invite
Available Roles
- **Admin:** provides admin access to SaaS features (including Discounts) and the Money section;
- **Admin SaaS only**: provides admin access to SaaS features of the platform and gives full specter of interaction and management - but with no access to the Money section;
- **Member:** have limited access to Money (viewing and managing the assigned cards) and to procurement (viewing and managing the assigned/created requests) with no access to Discounts and Money sections.
Manage user roles & access
You can change a user’s role or remove their access at any time:
- Click on a user in the Team tab
- A modal window will appear
From there, you can:
- Update their role
- Remove them from the platform
✅ Once your team is onboard, you’re ready to track your SaaS usage or start with virtual banking or set up a Procurement Workflow & Requests.
