How do I report unauthorized transactions on my virtual card?

If you notice any unauthorized or suspicious transactions on your virtual card, we recommend locking the card immediately to prevent further use. You can do this from either the web platform or the mobile app:

From the web platform:
        1.        Go to the Cards section.
        2.        Select the card you want to lock.
        3.        Click on Card Details.
        4.        Choose the option to Lock Card.

From the mobile app:
        1.        Open the app and go to the Cards tab.
        2.        Select the relevant card.
        3.        Tap Card Details.
        4.        Tap Lock.

Then, contact our customer support team with the details of the transaction. We’ll investigate the issue and guide you through the next steps.
