How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?
You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in several ways:
• During sign-up as part of the account setup process
• From Settings by going to Settings → Security
• After Money activation, if 2FA wasn’t enabled earlier
How to set up 2FA
When you choose to enable 2FA, you’ll be prompted to set up an authenticator app.
1. Open an authenticator app of your choice (such as Google Authenticator or Authy).
2. Scan the QR code shown on the Spendbase platform, or enter the setup code manually if needed.
3. Enter the one-time code generated by the app to confirm setup.
4. 2FA will be activated.
Once enabled, you’ll be asked to provide a 2FA code when logging in and when confirming sensitive actions.
