How can I get a refund for something I purchased?

 Refunds are handled by the merchant where you made the purchase.

Once the merchant processes the refund, the funds will be returned to your Spendbase account automatically. The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on the merchant and the card network, and may take several business days.

You’ll see the refund reflected in your transaction history once it’s completed.
